Thank you for shopping with Roadside Groove Co. We aim to dispatch every order as quickly and carefully as possible.

Processing Times

Most orders are processed within:

CDs - 5-8 working days

DVDs - 5-8 working days

Cassettes 9-12 working days

Vinyl - 20 working days

Estimated production times will be shown on the relevant product page.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Vinyl Records are purchased from our supplier (reason for 20 working days)

Delivery

We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom and worldwide.

Delivery options and prices are displayed during checkout.

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control.

Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

Packaging

Every order is carefully packaged to help ensure it arrives safely.

Vinyl records, CDs, cassettes, DVDs, and other fragile items are shipped using suitable protective packaging.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before completing your order.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays or additional delivery costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of:

  • The damaged item(s)

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label (where possible)

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the delivery carrier.

Customs & International Orders

If international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees charged by their country.

Roadside Groove Co. is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
